The beach down below the condo, as you look towards the ocean, has a nice cove that protects it from waves and is excellent for snorkeling. At the bottom of the stairs that leads to the beach, go to the left about 100 feet to get to the cove. There are two other beaches within a few miles that are good for snorkeling. Chileno and Santa Maria can be reached by car, taxi or bus, as they are just a few miles down the road towards San Jose. You can also book a snorkeling cruise that will leave from Cabo and take you to these locations for a few hours. Most cruises cost about USD$30 and include lunch, soda and beer. You can also snorkel at Lovers Beach near the Arch. You will need to take a boat from Cabo for about USD$8 per person round trip. They will drop you off at Lovers Beach and you can stay as long as you want and return when you are ready.
