Quiet Hours

Please respect our neighbors; quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Noise ordinance starts at 10:00 p.m. Please respect this ordinance and our neighbors. ALL music, loud noise, and loud talking are NOT allowed.

Conduct

This is a family-oriented property. Occupancy and use of our premises should not disturb other guests, neighbors or residents by means of profanity, disrespect, obnoxious behavior, disturbances, loud noise, or excessive drinking. Such actions or behavior will not be tolerated and could result for eviction without refund or reimbursement of deposit and rent.

No Parties/ Additional Guests

No parties or loud music is permitted. Only those guests included in the booking are permitted to enter the property.Obey all posted signs.

Smoking/Drug Policy

Both smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited in and around the property. If we find any smoking inside the condo (odor, debris, ashes), we will charge your credit card on file $200 without warning! Smoking is permitted only outdoors in designated areas; you must dispose cigarette debris properly and safely. Do not throw cigarette butts on the grounds, it is a fire hazard and a USD$100 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Swimming

Please supervise your children at all times in and on this property. No roaming around the property. Please restrain your children from running, climbing, jumping. Absolutely never leave children alone for any reason, anywhere on the premises, or around the pool.

There is NO lifeguard on duty. Absolutely no children under the age of 13 are allowed to be in the pool or near the water without adult supervision.

Watch your Step!

The nature of property grounds surface and steps are uneven, floors, patio, stairs, balconies, grass, NO running, NO jumping, NO climbing, NO horseplay!

I hope that some of the information provided here will be a helpful guide for your vacation and make your stay more enjoyable. Remember that you are in Mexico and the pace is a lot slower here. If you are told that something will be taken care of “in a minute” they really mean “Mexican minute” which is the opposite of a “New York minute”.
